Regular transfer to a bank account (prepayment)
Upon placing an order with our shop, you will receive an e-mail with bank transfer details. The goods will be dispatched after booking the transfer on our accounts.

We accept Mastercard, Mastercard Electronic, Maestro and Visa, Visa Electron cards.
Your card information is encrypted in Dotpay system using 128-bit SSL technology. This high standard of security means shopping with a card on Arkana e-shop is safe and secure, and ensures that your data will under no circumstances be accessible by Arkana or any third parties.
Our checkout process uses 3DS authentication (Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode). These services enhance your existing card account against unauthorised use when you shop with us. If you require more detailed information or encounter a problem with the authentication process, please contact your card issuer directly. Unfortunately we have no control over the payment authentication process so we will be unable to assist with any authentication enquires.

When payment is made using the traditional transfer, Credit Card payment
The shipping price calculation is indicated when placing an order, i.e. the cost depends on quantity.
Each parcel dispatched by us is insured up to its full value.
Parcels are insured by us to the full amount of the goods. The goods are secured by filling empty spaces of the cardboard box with air filler and sheets and, moreover, large orders are layer packed.
Insurance of and complaint about a damaged parcel
Each parcel sent by us is insured up to its full value in case of its damage during transport. The insurance cost is already included in the shipping cost. If the parcel is damaged during transport, the carrier covers the damage costs. Any matters connected with complaints are settled by our shop with the carrier and damaged elements are sent to you at once. The only thing we need from you for complaint purposes is the Damage protocol prepared together with the courier. Such a protocol should be sent to ususing, whichever is more convenient, the e-mail address:email@example.com or regular mail at the following address:
