COMPLAINTS

The Seller is obliged to provide the Buyer with a defect-free product. The Seller is liable towards the Buyer if the sold product has a physical or legal defect (warranty for defects).

If the sold product has a defect, the Buyer may:

1)      demand the replacement of this product with a product free from defects,

2)      demand removal of the defect,

3)      make a statement on price decrease,

4)      make a statement on withdrawal from the agreement.

If the Buyer finds the product defective, he or she should notify the Seller about this fact and in doing so identify his or her claim connected with the defect or make a suitable statement.

The Buyer, while exercising warranty rights, may, at the Seller’s cost, deliver the defective product to the Seller’s address, i.e. Arkana Cosmetics Sp. z o.o. Sp. K., ul. Bacciarellego 54, 51-649 Wroclaw, Poland.

The Seller will address the complaint made by the Buyer within 14 days from the date of receiving the complaint. Details concerning the Seller’s warranty for defects are regulated by the provisions of the Polish Civil Code (arts. 556 - 576).
